Thank you for booking an
appointment for colon hydrotherapy. This letter is to provide you with
confirmation of the
address where you should come for your colonic hydrotherapy session, as well
as clarification of the terms & conditions your session is booked under. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointment are priced at £75 each. All sessions last 1 hour from beginning to end.
2. Payment wise: We accept Switch cards, and all credit cards except American Express.
3. The address you need to come to is:

4. Cancellation policy:
When you booked your session, the terms and conditions of the booking will have been
explained carefully to you. Please understand & appreciate , that for us to be able to
offer you a first class, professional &efficient service, we have found it necessary to
adhere strickly to the following:
(a) No fee payable if appointment is cancelled before 72
hours (3 days) of session time.
(b) Half fee payable if appointment cancelled between 72
& 24 hours of session time.
(c) Full fee payable if appointment cancelled within 24
hours of session time.
PLEASE NOTE: In case you are not able to attend your appointment - please call and
leave a message within the appropriate time frame on 0208 567 9082.
We do not accept notifications of not being able to attend appointments by
email as there is no guarentee we will receive it in time. Notifications should be
by telephone only.
